Speak Life Pediatric Speech therapy is an out-of-network provider. All services are self-pay.

If you’d like to use your insurance, I can help explain how to go about doing so. I am happy to provide any information you need, once you look into your out-of-network benefits. From there, I can offer a “superbill,” which can be provided to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.

 

Payments are due on a weekly basis.
